AND, the GBRA water
from Canyon Lake, when available, may be about the most costly of any water
in Texas, and maybe even the entire U.S.! Cheaper water may be available
soon from Kinney County and the region west of San Antonio!
There are
serious issues that are not being addressed. We want the GBRA and TCEQ to
properly address these issues and delay all action until these issues are
adequately researched, reported to the affected parties, and public notice of
the impact is made and a hearing is allowed.
Isn't that a fair
